It lets you contact the police, fire brigade and rescue service quickly and easily in an emergency from anywhere in Germany. It also let's you make calls without having to speak so it can be good in an emergency when your German isn't so good or you don't want to be heard making a call. Paypal App - Most people in Germany use this app to send and receive money from their friends and family. This would come in handy for sure.
